Judi Kauffman Orginally displayed in August 2000, issue of Craftworks Magazine, as part of a series of articles called "Crafting Around the World". Displayed with permission. It uses Tsukineko Fabrico ink for the outlines and their wonderful All Purpose Inks as washes for the coloring (kind of like an Audubon print). It's done on white cotton (pre-washed so the fabric will take inks), then it's padded on batting and framed so it has a puffed look. |
